Everyone on this planet has experienced being nervous at one point in their lives. It is a normal emotional reaction to certain things, particularly to stressful things. When someone is stressed or is encountering something, nervousness is expected at the onset.

Nervousness is common. It almost always usually just goes away. While the feeling of nervousness may be uncomfortable, the feeling is transient and eventually one’s nerves calm down. Generally, nervousness is not something to be worried about because it is normal and transient. But for some, nervousness becomes a nuisance that it interferes with normal day to day activities.
